Sponsor coaching and mentoring
Providing one to one advice and support to overwhelmed Sponsors who find themselves in the decision making role for large complex often technology and digital heavy content, without the confidence or background to know what questions to ask or how to know if the information you are being is BS or not.
Program Board / Steering
Committee mentoring
Supporting governance committees in establishing strong cultures and behaviours that underpin high performing programs and projects. Signalling to the Board and stakeholders that the success of the investment is paramount.

Providing 1:1 support through our network of experienced advisers to create a relationship between the program/project team and their coach throughout the delivery lifecycle to help navigate issues as they arise. Provided as a regular open forum for the team to have a team session and seek 1:1 advice in regular cycles.
